Help Trevor Daly reach his fundraising goal for pancreatic cancer research in his 7 Days in May campaign! Donate Now!

My best friend, Mike Litniansky, was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and sadly passed away three years ago. Mike left behind an army of loved ones; a young son, devoted wife, loving parents, sister, sister-in-laws, cousins and friends with great admiration for him.
My instincts told me to remain positive and help Mike triumph immediately after discovering his diagnosis. Despite my determination, Mike was already fighting a battle for survival, one he sadly couldn’t win.
In the spirit of my friend, I’ve vowed to make a positive difference for those battling cancer. For this reason, I’ll be participating in 7 Days in May, a seven-day cycling event that raises awareness and funds towards pancreatic cancer research. I couldn’t be more proud to contribute to a cause so close to my heart!
I’ll ride each day with a heart full of passion, sadness, care and reminiscence. Although I miss Mike profoundly, I’m comforted knowing his life has motivated us to help others in need.
If you’ve come across my page and connected with Mike’s story, I encourage you to pay it forward with a donation towards the cause. Each and every donation will help achieve my personal fundraising goal in honour of Mike. I truly believe that with your help and a full heart, we can #RaiseTheRate of pancreatic cancer survival!

“This is why I love the mortgage industry! Not only are we unified in ensuring that we are giving sound advice as a collective industry, with the purpose of helping Canadians with their biggest financial decision, but we also believe in giving back,” says Eddy Cocciollo, DLC President.

“So many within our industry have felt cancer’s impact as either a patient or as a care giver. We are proud to help make a difference by supporting brokers and industry participants by matching their raised funds for cancer research through the MPC Foundation Dollar Matching Program.”
Daryl Harris, Chair of the Mortgage Professionals Canada Foundation board of directors.
